Payment Terms: The cost of registering with Client Contacts is free. However, the up-keep, maintenance and promotional expenses are paid for by you when you start a Contract that was introduced through the Client Contacts service. A percentage of your daily rate will be deducted by you at the end of each month worked and sent to us. The current rate is 5%. In some cases, where by Client Contacts runs the invoicing system we will deduct this sum at source and therefore no further payment will be due. However, where the Contractor is paid directly by the Client you will be required to send us a timesheet (CC to supply monthly) which will trigger an invoice for the fees due (payable within 14 days of receipt of Timesheet/Invoice).
